Clean, reliable and extremely versatile – the 48 Volt four-wheel forklift from CLARK – the alternative to a combustion engine

The EPXi is an electric forklift that matches combustion-engine forklifts in all respects. It not only gets the work done as reliably as a comparable diesel- or gas-powered forklift, it can compete with combustion engine models in terms of initial cost as well. This makes the EPXi a viable alternative for customers who have decided against an electric vehicle up to now on account of initial cost and who would like to benefit from the lower maintenance costs of an electric forklift.

POWERFUL MOTOR

High power is provided by a 15kW motor. The three-phase technology ensures at the same time very good acceleration with high top speeds of up to 18 km/h.

Individually programmable parameters allow optimal adaptation to the respective work situation.

All operating data is displayed on a large LCD display in real time. Settings and functions can be chosen without special software.

ROBUST ALL-ROUNDER FOR INDOOR AND OUTDOOR USE

The versatile EPXi performs its tasks as reliably as a comparable diesel or LPG forklift. It scores well in indoor and outdoor applications and proves itself wherever high availability is required, such as in logistics, mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, the chemical and plastics industry and the food retail. Thanks to its compact dimensions and optimum steering geometry, the truck is extremely maneuverable and therefore ideal for use in confined spaces.

HIGH BATTERY CAPACITY ENSURES MAXIMUM AVAILABILITY

The customer can choose between two different battery capacities for 48 Volt batteries for the EPXi series forklifts. The EPX20i, 22i and 25i have a battery capacity of 650 Ah and the EPX30i and 32i have a battery capacity of 780 Ah.

DRIVER’S CAB AND PRODUCTIVITY

The ergonomic operators compartment gives the driver an intuitive operating concept. The inclined protective roof struts allow a good upwards view. The generously sized foot space and the adjustable full-suspension driver’s seat ensure that the driver can work fatigue-free for a longer period of time.

LOW OPERATING COSTS

With savings in energy consumption and maintenance, the Clark EPXi has significantly lower operating costs than comparable combustion versions. In addition, the EPXi scores with its robust design, long operating times and high performance and reliability – it does not always have to be a combustion engine!

EXTRA SAFETY IN LOAD HANDLING

Thanks to the raised seating position, the driver has a good all-round visibility and therefore an excellent view of the load and forks. This increases the safety during load handling. The nested CLARK mast profiles ensure optimum visibility to the front.
